INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN NEDERLAND

Your main tasks:

Advice & Customer Contact: You proactively advise our industrial customers on commercial, logistical and technical issues. You will do this by phone, e-mail and, where necessary, in person.
Order management: You are responsible for the entire order process: from calculating sales prices and preparing quotations to the successful completion of orders.
Teamwork: You will support the field sales team of our Dutch branch and work closely with various specialized departments, such as Purchasing, Technology and Logistics, at Würth Industrie Service in Bad Mergentheim.
Controlling: Using CRM and ERP systems, capture and track sales opportunities so that you recognize customer potential and commercial opportunities in a timely manner.

Your job requirements:

Education & Background: You have a completed commercial education or a study that fits the field. We also invite motivated lateral entrants to apply.
Experience: Experience in an inside sales function, for example gained during internships, is a plus but not a requirement. We consider motivation and enthusiasm for sales at least as important.
Language Skills: A good command of English is essential for this position - German language skills an advantage.
Your strengths: You are customer and service oriented, work carefully and independently, and have strong communication and organizational skills.
